I love working at Teepee because I enjoy working with children and watching them grow everyday. Every day when I come into work I feel excited and it gives me great joy to be greeted by all the children, it really does bring a smile to my face!

I’ve always dreamed of working in early years, driven by a passion for caring for children and supporting their growth. At Teepee, I’m proud to be part of a team that shares my commitment to nurturing each child’s potential and helping them thrive.

I love being around children and helping them grow, learn, and reach their full potential while having lots of fun at nursery! Teepee has such a fantastic environment, and I love being a part of it.

Working in childcare as well as being a mum, I knew what I was looking for in a nursery setting. I found Teepee was perfect first for my child before I became a part of the team. I love that everyone here shares the same passion I have and the family unit it provides not just to parents and children but to the staff as well.

I enjoy providing activities for children and seeing the look of success on their faces while working with a supportive team.

Having heard so many wonderful things about this nursery, and being local to me made it an easy choice. After attending my induction day, I felt incredibly welcomed and impressed by the warm, nurturing environment. It’s clear that the team is passionate about providing high-quality care and creating a positive start for every child.

With over 15 years in childcare, including 8 in leadership, I began in 2010 as an unqualified assistant and progressed to Nursery Manager. I’m passionate about creating a warm, nurturing environment where children and team thrive. Building strong relationships with parents and supporting team wellbeing are at the heart of my approach.

I chose to join Teepee Day Nursery because it is an outstanding setting with a strong commitment to high-quality childcare. I am proud to be part of a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment where children can thrive. The warm and welcoming team made it a place where both children and staff feel valued and supported. I have really enjoyed joining the team and look forward to contributing to the children’s learning and development.
