To stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in our field, we encourage our team members to read professional magazines and attend relevant training events. We also provide opportunities for team members to share what they have learned with others, both within the organization and with our wider community.

Induction Programme and Beyond

At our nursery, we have a strong commitment to supporting our employees’ learning and development. We believe that investing in our colleagues’ skills and knowledge is crucial to our success, and it’s an integral part of our culture and values. We believe that coaching and mentoring are vital components of our training and education approach and this starts with our induction programme which last for six months.

Once this has been completed we then create Individual Professional Development Plan with each person to help them identify their strengths and areas for development, set goals, and create a plan for achieving those goals. We provide regular feedback to our employees, which helps them track their progress and stay motivated.

Individual and Group Meetings

We believe that team meetings are an important part of our approach to training and education. They provide a forum for team members to share their ideas, ask questions, and contribute to the collective learning of the group.

We also believe that regular supervisions meetings with managers are essential for ensuring that team members have the support they need to continue their learning and development. These meetings provide an opportunity for team members to discuss their progress, identify areas for improvement, and receive guidance and feedback from their managers.

Overall, our commitment to training and education is a cornerstone of our approach to providing high-quality care for the children and families we serve. A Broad Range of Training Providers

Our nursery taps into an extensive range of training providers to ensure that our employees receive the best possible training. This really is a broad and as individualised as possible. The breadth of providers we work with is huge, encompassing a diverse range of specialties. From online courses to in-person workshops, we strive to provide our employees with access to the most comprehensive and effective training available. By leveraging a wide network of providers, we are confidently able to offer our employees a customized training experience that is tailored to their unique needs.
